This high-energy clinic focuses on helping athletes learn and refine front flips and back flips through expert coaching, safe progressions, and targeted strength and technique work. Beginners will build confidence with drills and spotting designed to make flipping feel achievable, while advanced athletes can work on connected tumbling passes and even twisting!
