Jump Rope
Through our partnership with Aerotrix, Unify offers recreational and competitive jump rope: a dynamic sport blending solo skills, partner work, team routines, double dutch, and tumbling. The result is an exciting program with endless room to grow. Head Coach Gary brings an expertise backed by many years of experience as both coach and competitor.
The competitive program is also very accessible and has minimal in-gym hours requirements (compared to gymnastics).

Friday | 6:35pm-7:30pmThis is where team athletes practice, though participation on team is not required at this level. Skills are sharpened and advanced in this class and athletes will learn routines in pairs, groups, and independently.
